i can't log in game whit my 1 charakter Empty i can't log in game whit my 1 charakter

i cant login whit my elf Myszka 6rr i just did the 3d quest on website and a 6rr and i can't log in game whit her all the oders caracters is ok i iven clear her inventory and still the same. When i try to log in game whit her i just see the login screan (mu map) and nothing hapens afther a 20minuts its just "ju bin disconeted from the server"
pleas help
